You can try subbaya gari hotel main branch and santhosh dhaba(abids branch) For shopping begum bazaar. For events I just know one place -hitex For drives just go through necklace road. And of course charminar just be there . I only explored these much but worth exploring

Yeah, I especially recommend a place near Charminar which has one of the best basundi. Forgot the name but you can search online since it is very famous.
