How to connect with founders?

Hello everyone, Saw quite some people doing AMAs on this platform from VCs to Engineers, but nobody from Founder's Office roles. Knowing that this role is somewhat new in the job market, not many people still know a lot about it. Shoot your questions, would answer them to the best of my capacity. Background: Worked in the FO role for 2 FMCG brands, before joining a Fintech where I am working right now. Graduated from BIT, Mesra in 2021, but started working alongside my graduation coz of COVID.

How can one specifically target startups and succeed? While many pursue top MNCs or MAANG, getting entry can be challenging. I am keen on working with small startups. Has anyone experienced working in startups in Bengaluru or other locations where both good pay and learning opportunities are available? In terms of job search, is LinkedIn/Naukri or referrals more effective? When preparing for interviews, should one focus more on DSA rounds or development skills? What are the pors & cons or tips? Plz share your insights. Thanks

Do founders even reply to cold emails . Have emailed about 30 of them but hardly one o two reverts. Are they too busy or cold emails are out of trend? Reaching out to create openings but of no avail yet. On LinkedIn these founders add lines like my DMs are open or reach at this email address, and even after emails no response. I wonder why !!!

1. I am having a strong problem statement, which is thoroughly validated, along with a business plan, but I am not working or starting it as I lack confidence because I don't have a team in place. ( I am an IIM graduate and currently a product manager - giving these details just to get a sense of my background, which might help in the type of suggestions from your side). 2. How can I find a co-founder/partner/core team member? Please advise me on where to look for co-founders or people that share a similar mindset. Such a society we live in wheee people are given preferences on their job and titles( company name and college name) etc ) and in the start up space this is too much. So founders assume someone from a different experience can’t do the job based on what ? If someone wasn’t given an opportunity for once how can a decision be made ? They only want fell top schools top companies. Look at the US and learn , seen people with diverse backgrounds been given an opportunity in fields of unknown knowledge and they have been able to achieve and do well. But these start ups here only care for branded names , but boast about diversity etc and anyone with passion please reach out to us if want to shape the future of India) bs) and when you reach out they don’t care to reply . You are just starting and you can atleast reply . Start ups okay with paying some analyst with good package but can’t pay some one else who ants to work and learn for a lower package .

So I was running a startup but it got failed in June. Since then, I have been looking for a job in a startup or VC. But, there are very less openings in Business Analyst, Finance, and Investment Analyst roles. Does anyone know startups or VCs hiring for the above roles?

I am a frontend developer with 3+years of experience both in frontend /fullstack development , I am going to complete my contract next month applying for tonnes of companies but not getting any replies , can anyone suggest better ways to find jobs in this holiday seasons, I am open to work in Hyderabad or remote & part time as well

I am currently in my final year of btech cse from a tier 3 college. So i am looking for opportunities in the industry it can be internships or jobs but dont know how to get started.
