Razorpay Pricing Engine Team

I recently got an offer from rqzorpay for SSE role. I have few questions rgarding same. 1. How is the work culture there? 2. Any internal politics issues? 3. How the company's long term stability in terms of how well it will do? 4. What is ballpark hike for same role. 5. What should be fix ctc for this role?

Just had a call with a recruiter from Razorpay regarding the position of Lead Engineer - Android. The budget quoted was around 22 LPA fixed with no variable components. The reason mentioned is that management wants to be careful with the hiring since they don't want to layoff anyone. I think they are trying to low ball the offer. Can some one from Razorpay comment. Pretty much sure 22 LPA for lead is pretty low

I've received two job offers and could use some advice on which one to choose. Current: Software Engineer II CTC: Around 12 LPA YOE: Almost 3 years. Offer 1: Product Development Engineer II, Razorpay Offer 2: Software Engineer, Pluralsight Both offers are in the range 18 LPA to 24 LPA and Pluralsight is the higher offer in terms of CTC. Also they seem to have more employee benefits compared to razorpay. Which offer seems more appealing based on the role, WLB, company outlook, growth etc. Also a bit skeptical about the PDE II role at Razorpay because they mention that PDE II individuals can only advance to SDE 2 after being promoted to SDE 1 first, and then to SDE 2.

What's the salary range for sde2 or pde2 which is product development engineer 2?

Hi, I have an offer from Razorpay for 45 LPA - which is much better than my current pay so I am keen on taking it. Is this typical for PM at Razorpay with 4 years of Work Ex?
