Advantages/Skill set you already have as a Data Scientist, that I would want in a CEO:
Analytical Advantage: Taking informed decisions based on insights from data
Customer-Centric Approach: Improving customer satisfaction through data-driven strategies.
Skills that a data scientist MIGHT or MIGHT NOT have:
Leadership skills for managing teams and organizational culture.
Business and Operations Acumen.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills for effective communication and relationship-building.
If you have the above skillset why wouldn't anyone hire you as a CEO.
Basically, the rule of the game is unless and until you're already performing at a SDE 2 level, you will not get promoted from SDE 1 to SDE 2.
So unless and until you're already possessing a CEO level skillset and relevant experience that leaves no doubt about your capabilities, you will not be hired as a CEO. If you do, there's no reason not to hire you.
