Can someone help me out, Don't know what to do 2023 CS grad

Hi, I passed out in 2023 from a tier 3 college, only 3 companies visited my campus, 2 selected and ghosted After passing out with no job in hand, was trying to apply on almost every job portal and career portals, in sept 2023 got an unpaid internship as backend intern in mern stack, worked there for 4 months meanwhile gave some interviews, got a job in jan 2024 but didn't got the joining letter, they also ghosted. After struggling for almost 6 months, made some small projects, interviewed for more than 10 companies, i cleared 6, out of which 4 offered around 20k for on site in bengaluru. I got a 4 lpa offer where i am working currently as a backend developer in nodejs, express, ts, mongodb. Now where i work, the work was decent in the first 3 month, now they make me jump from one codebase to another, almost 8-10 repos, 0 documentation, not a single er daigram to understand how stuff is working. Around 40 collections in db with thousands to millions of docs, they keep on changig the db schema resulting in frequent code changes/bugs/logical changes, requirements aren't clear, the whole work is dependent on 3 4 people. It's getting more painful every day.

Can someone plz help me in any way ? Would be really grateful if something works out for me
