My colleague got a role at TEKsystems with Nike as a client. Can someone throw some light on the work culture, wlb, teams(data), career growth, hikes & benefits in general? What chances of moving into Client role?

Sorry just joined this platform. Culture is almost non existent, you wont get to visit TEKSystems office except on your onboarding. WLB depends on the client, hike was also there is no transparency there are some who haven’t get any hike in the last 2 years. It all depends on your client
