Taking a holiday right after joining Accenture is generally not recommended. Usually, you should wait 1-3 months. Discuss with your manager or HR if it's urgent.
I also want to know about floating holidays, my DOJ was 30th September 2024 and now I want to know if I can avail floating holiday on 1st november here in gurugram or not as 31st Oct has been declared as Diwali here. As a new joiner can I avail floating holiday please tell ?

Accenture is providing virtual joining or do we have to report in office. After joining is it compulsory to come to office and work for 5 days from office.

My onboarding location is Bengaluru & I am from Delhi. My HR told that you need visit Bengaluru office for completing onboarding process. I want to know how much days it will take for onboarding as I am willing to work from Noida location.
