Can't Sleep after logging out

It's a serious issue happing with me Please help

I can't sleep after logout whenever I am in bed something related to my work is in my mind Like - I left this work, i need to update on this, need to take a followup with client, prepare a Tracker for this and that.

Everything related to work is in my mind 24 7 why it's happening?

Anyone facing the same ? How to get rid of this ? no negative comments please.

Don't message your teammates before 8 am and after 5pm

Maintain some work life balance

Walk 8k steps min per day..

Surely you will be benefited....

I'd already gone through the same, a couple of years back. Recommendation to change your project and in case get an opportunity outside of Accenture that would be cherry on cake.

Just play a sport like badminton, squash after work and nothing of this will happen

Take up some hobbies that you can do after logging out, to get a mental change.

Like playing a musical instrument, or learning a foreign language, or drawing / painting etc.

That will help you disconnect after work.

Find a hobby, anything technical also works. Set goals to make sure you spend time on that after work. It will be difficult, but later on will start helping you calm down and detach.

Hi, so this is my first job currently it has been 9 months with 10-11hrs of work time everyday, and I feel pretty much the same. So imo, learning something apart from career related stuff also helps. For example, I recently started to learn the Japanese language on duo and follow my skincare ritual after work. It helps me to disconnect mentally from work everyday! You can try up new things which engage your mind as well since you are overthinking about work. Hope this helps!🌸

Try reading books it induces sleep for few people.

Hot shower bath also helps

You need to generate a mental "WORK OVER" button to switch off your work mind and the FOMO.
