Capgemini relieving letter

When does Capgemini release the relieving letter for ex-employees? I have to share it for verification with my new company, so I need to give them a tentative date.

Hey. So I was working with Capgemini for few years and was thinking about to resign from Capgemini. It took some time than I expected to get my relieving letter. Usually it took around 15 to 30 days after your last working day. I would recommend to contact with HR after 1 – 2 week after you leave the company. For me it received around the 3rd week but just keep your new company informed that it might take some time. I hope this helps you get a clear idea of when to expect the Capgemini relieving letter! 😊

I don’t know much about when Capgemini relieving letter is issued. All I know is you can request the company to issue the relieving letter on a specific date, if you require to join a new company. But aap generally poochho toh Capgemini releases the relieving letter after you’ve served the last working day at the company. Ab the process can take weeks or months depending on the department.

Capgemini gives relieving letter in 15-30 days after your last day working. I would recommend to check with HR every time for an update.

I have no idea about Capgemini relieving letter, but when I parted ways with my company I received the relieving letter almost 2 months after my last working day. Along with my relieving letter I also got my FNF, which tbh I didn’t think I’ll get. I guess every company has their own policies regarding FNF and relieving letters. But, if you’re in such hurry, you can request Capgemini to at least send you a provisional relieving letter, if that’s at all in their rules and regulations.
