Career growth of people in HR?

I saw a lot of people on Grapevine who earn really well and belong to IT field. My question is for people in business roles, and especially HR role if any (since I aspire to be an HR), how much do you earn? Or mind sharing how to grow in such roles? Thanks in advance

HRBP is more stable, but Tech lead recruiters specially in niche streams such as GenAI, cloud make decent bucks. Tech recruiter - 15-2 LPA ( 5-10 years of experience)
HRBP - 12-20 with same experience

@JJproduct This is informative, thanks for letting me know. If I may ask, do you hold an mba degree in HR?
