HR career advice

Hey everyone! Requesting some guidance please! I have 3.4 yoe in a different domain and I wish to transition to HR. Would greatly appreciate your insights regarding how to plan the transition. And also, people around me have been really negative regarding the scope in HR. Would greatly appreciate if someone could let me know how are the growth prospects in HR

Listen transitioning to HR sounds like an exciting move! Given your 3.4 years of experience in a different domain, you likely have a lot of transferable skills that can be valuable in HR, such as communication, problem-solving, and project management these all are plus points.

You can get some certifications that are available online/offline, and join well-recognized ones that can give you a strong foundation.

And regarding the career prospects in HR, don't let the negativity get to you! The HR field is growing, with plenty of opportunities in various industries like IT, healthcare, finance, and many more they are always looking for talented HR professionals to help manage their most important asset – people.

The main point is don't let this negativity around you come in between, there is a lot of scope it's just that everyone has limited knowledge about it.

Be strong don't let yourself down!!
