Career Insecurities in the Tech Industry: Is Continuous Learning the Key?

Hi Guys! I'm in my early carrer (2 YOE), working as a blockchain software engineer. I have a strong passion for continuous learning and enjoy exploring new technologies, even beyond my work responsibilities.

To be honest, I am kind of insecure guy about my job. Given the challenges in the current tech market, where finding new opportunities can be tough, I wonder if my approach of constantly learning and upskilling is the right path. The blockchain industry, being relatively new, presents many opportunities to stay updated, but it also requires a lot of effort to keep up.

I also find it challenging to explain my dedication to learning to my family. They sometimes assume I work on weekends for my company, but in reality, I'm working on personal projects or exploring new skills to grow professionally.

What do you guys think? I'm kind of confused now.
