I've 3 years experience as a Digital Marketer and now I'm planning to move to a Marketing Analyst roles/Marketing Data Analyst roles. I'm proficient in SQL, Python and ML algorithms, but did not have real world project experience for the latter. Is there anyone who could refer to me in your company for these roles?

Hey buddy, I don't know about free courses but I took paid ones. You can start off from coursera or IBM or even Google's courses for that matter. For ML, I suggest playing with the kaggle datasets even if you are beginner in python
You have a good skill set. Real-world project experience is key. Network within the company and use internal tools like Jobs Gateway. Referrals might come from colleagues or LinkedIn connections.
