I have recently started getting severe wrist pain, before I used to use my laptop for just few hours but now I sit almost the whole day. I have started to get this weird feeling around my wrist and it is genuinely irritating to deal with, I read about Carpal Tunnel but afaik it is also supposed to affect a median nerver (?) However for me only my wrists hurt (kind of just feel tight as if I am holding them in a certain position for long time), are there any solutions for this?

I spend ~8hrs daily sitting in a chair. My current chair is old, and needs to be replaced ASAP. My budget is 10k INR. I am preferring an office chair with neck support. Could extend my budget a bit for better neck and back support.

Wasn't sure where to put this: here, fitness or misc but here we go.

When at home, I use a high back chain with neck support, adjustable arm rests, a laptop stand to ease tension off wrists. But end up getting uncomfortable in hips when sitting for long.

Is it worth it to get a sit stand desk? I might get one manual one, costs about 21k.

Maybe I am too late for this, but I have a very minimalist setup currently at home. IMO it needs major upgrades. 

I am looking for following things to buy, feel free to share your recommendations. 

1 - Height adjustable table (ergo you finalised)

3 - ultra wide monitor 
4 - good headphones (budget 30k max)
