Ways to misuse your reimbursements?

Hi all, My organisation does reimbursement of the following upto around 15-20k. Can you suggest some good things that I can get benefit of under this. - In-person or online courses or workshops - Conferences - Books - Journal or magazine subscriptions - Personal coaching - Degree programs - Professional certifications - Professional memberships Its like "use it or loose it".

Last year, I was grinding away at the client's office. They're like the big shots in the textile game. Fast forward to a Saturday night, 8:30 PM, and we're finally wrapping up our work. My girlfriend flew from Delhi and we decide to hit up this ultra-luxurious restaurant for dinner. We go all out, order everything that catches our eye, and to top it off, we decide to cap the night with this mind-blowing dessert that sets us back a solid 25,000. When the bill arrives,I pay and then I shoot a reimbursement request to the client; stating to have a dinner with one of their major vendors, thinking it's all in good fun, right? Well, guess what? Next day the client comes back and I receive a mail stating my reimbursement is approved! I'm sitting there, staring at my phone, thinking, Did I just stumble onto some secret business dinner expense loophole?

How do you manage your reimbursable bills? Is there an app? Or do you just take photos of petrol bills, clothes bills etc? It’s a pain in the ass to keep these bills and then upload, but if you do it correctly, I’ve seen people save a lot. Is it worth the hassle?

My first startup had a smoking zone where there was gramophone looking art piece where people used to dump their ashes. Later someone told me that it’s a Bluetooth speaker and no one cared to put it back after the party that happened two weeks back. That was true culture shock.
