coffee jitters
I've lately been feeling very anxious and getting jitters after having any form of coffee.
I love coffee so can't stop drinking it :/
Any suggestions to prevent the jitters.

This is a indicator of something underlying. Please get your BP checked.
I experienced something similar and found that I had a slightly abnormal bp.
Getting off caffeine completely and fixing my sleep cycle was the fix for this but the trigger was something else. Suggest you go see a doc for this and also maybe do a quick review of any source of stress of unease in your life and look to address that.
From one coffee lover to another i know how difficult it is to let go of it but it's temporary and the only major guideline after 3 months is to not drink a lot and not drink it after 4pm as it can affect sleep.
Oh wow i never considered that, will immediately get it checked.
Thanks fam, hope you're doing well and enjoying your coffee now
I sure am 😁. But yeah couple of restrictions....no coffee after 4pm and ive reduced my overall intake to 2 cups a day. One in the morning and one mid afternoon. Keeps me going for the rest of the day but doesn't mess with my sleep.
Theanine
User name checks out
Also been trying matcha + coffee, been working really good for me
Some shroom shit in the market too these days + lions mane? Never tried but heard it helps a few folks.
Decaf
You can switch to green teas, if you're looking for caffeine
slowly decrease your intake, also eat something fatty/protein less carb rich along with coffee like cashew walnuts almonds etc
