I am from Cognizant. My project recently released 30 associates. I was not part of that. But surprisingly my project billability changed to NO.

Anyone from CTS any idea? My manager is silent on this.

It's not layoff but restructuring.

But yes , West is betting big time on ai to replace witch. So be ready for anything
