Companies in BLR should give us water and AC

You are expecting too much. A lot of employers aren’t even giving jobs in the 1st place, let alone water or AC

Yeah, you can have a component of your salary - water and AC allowance

Just goes to show how underdeveloped your brain is. Asking for AC makes sense, it's a device that can be manufactured, so we can demand the company buy it for us. But where will the company get water from. There's scarcity at the same source from where company as well as our accommodation are receiving water. If there was a water manufacturing device, then we could've demanded the company get those devices
