Company - Series A saas tool, small firm can't get doxxed Tools - Django + postgres primarily YOE - 3.5 TC - 2.2L in-hand post tax.

Depends on projects, here at Cisco we have a lot of development on fast api and Django, atleast in teams like security and collaboration.

Oh that's cool. Do they hire people with experience in that tech stack for such teams, or do they only consider people with past domain experience? Speaking for SDE-2/3 level

No they're pretty cool with hiring if you can clear the technical rounds. No such bar, also the resumes are shortlisted on the basis of the specific team's skill requirements.
