Will I need to negotiate or is this is okaish choice ?

I've completed all the rounds of interview for Java Microservices Consultant and going to have salary discussion with HR. Current CTC is 9.8 LPA what could be the offer I can expect from Delloite usi?
I have two offers as a fresher: Startup - 9.6L Fixed Mid-Sized(Not famous) - 10L Fixed
Both have similar compensation annually.
Which one should I choose? I have experience in Startup and they do really good.
