I give interview round for confluent way back in March 2023 after that the position was put on hold now. I’m trying to get in touch with the Recruiter and they are not replying to my mail or phone what to do?

They had layoffs few months back. Maybe that's why
correct. they did. probably that recruiter is no longer working there too.

I know someone who left India's best Secured Job in Tata Cliq and Joined Startup for money but he laid off and he didn't even get the first salary :(
