Consulting Big 4

I am currently studying at one of IIM LKI. I have a CGPA of 7.3 in undergrad and I think Big 4 keeps a cut off of 8 CGPA. If I apply after passing out will they have the same criteria???

It won't matter. Another thing that helps is at what time the company is coming for placement. If they come late most of the top performers academically would already be placed then you have higher changes to get in.

Haven't seen that in lateral hiring. More to do with prev experience and compatibility. In fact lots of people post MBA don't even keep the cgpa column in CV. Only mention degree and batch yr
