Engineering manager at google Minimum salary would be around 1.2-15 cr
Such a shame that he is also selling course How much money is required ? THERE IS NO SATISFACTION
If he wants to teach people why can't he share on YouTube He has bright future ahead still doing these cheap things
Moonlighting at peak
Fucks like these are the ones companies need to start laying off
Read this carefully 🔻
I as a founder have incentives to promote people like these who are making and selling courses to higher roles (condition to their in office performance is fine) to likes director of engineering or VP.
Reasons:
They are demonstrating successfully captivating people and retaining them no matter the instrument of choice. It shows not only initiative, also execution skills outside of work.
They are capitalistic minded. More brownie point. I'll hesitate to promote anyone who is not money minded because I'm answerable to the board and board wants hard core capitalism.
These type of people have empirically proven to come up with out of the box ideas and handle really ambiguous situations commercially we'll. Very dependable.
They being vocal on social media creates brand awareness and indirectly does employer branding without me having to front load money into it. Huge corporate win for me.
People like these take risks put their neck on the line when they promote courses while being employed at my company, shows they are risk takers have a spine that most people lack. Perpetuall respect.
Takeaway: Please be content creator and be visible, else keep being jealous of them.
I don't get it. Unless it's a fraud or something, what's wrong with this ? It sounds like you're whining because others are working harder and making more money.
I don't even know the guy, nor have I seen this post earlier. But it's his course, he'll put whatever cost he wants. It's up to people to do the due diligence and figure out whether it's worth it for them or not. If it's a sham, he'll get destroyed on social media.
Why did he not pursue a Architect IC role instead of Engg Manager. A big red flag to me
IDK why would anyone pay 1000s for these courses by some random stranger on LinkedIn. If you really want to buy a course, just get on Udemy and buy a highly rated one for like 500 rupees.
Because they are working at google and aspirants feels that Inlogo ne crack kia Google so ye course hame bhi help karega

Why engineers can’t be engineers?
Such hard selling of courses is really becoming painful on LinkedIn nowadays. Instead of spending time on tech content, these sellers build random stories. Please save yourself from such sellers.
