Current job change environment

Hi, I have been working in TCS for the last 7.5 yrs. There hasn't been a good financial growth in all these yrs, so, now I am planning to look for a job change. I have worked on technologies like python, ML, azure cloud, data bricks, azure data factory etc. What's the current scenario for a job change right now? Have hirings been affected somehow adversely by the ongoing news of "recession"? Is it the right time to look for change?

2 cents: Look for change, start applying but keep your job. Job market is not so good.

Ofcourse I am not going to leave this one without any other offer, but can you please explain how "job market is not so good"?

TCS, a stagnant pond for ambitious fish. Recession or not, your skills are hot. Jump ship, swim in the ocean of opportunities.

TCS, a great start! But, 7.5 years is a long inning. Python, ML, Azure? Hot cakes in the market! Recession? Tech is booming, my friend. Ready for a new innings?
