I am building one, i7 14700k , rtx 3060 (12gb ram), msi pro b760+a ddr5 motherboard and a 760 watts coolermaster bronze power supply with 16 gb ddr5 5200mhz ram. Using a air cooler. The build cost without gpu would be around 75k and with GPU 1 lakhs around . If you downgrade the cpu to i5 14600k (it's still very good for normal work) then the cost will be around 65k . This machine will be able to handle gaming,ai ml and other productivity task at ease . Even if you don't buy the GPU these cpu could easily run 2 monitors as they are having Intel uhd 770 graphics .
