Hey grapeviners - what are the best startups currently operating in Hyderabad. I’m looking to research a few. Google was not of much help

Which startup, currently valued > $100mn, has the best growth potential in next 3 yrs in your opinion? Why? No self promotion please.

I want to join a startup which is trying to solve an interesting and high impact problem statement. Some domains that would interest me: 1. SaaS product startup - solving a business process / problem using product eg. Collaboration and documentation tool 2. Any other domain apart from the crowded and boring ecommerce, edtech, foodtech sectors Please suggest some startup names or cool domains which have opportunities for product based solutions.

Given the current situations in the market and everyone focusing on cancelling the appraisals or laying off or worst doing silent layoffs. What good options are left for people to join that ensures a good balance of Compensation, Culture and good future outlook. Mention genuine suggestions only and NO rant on your current organisation please. Want to understand market landscape and would be good knowledge to have right now.

Is it a choice or a force? I somewhere heard PocketFM leadership was forced to exit. Is this accurate? I am curious, why so many leadership exit in start ups(Upstox, Swiggy, Zomato, PocketFm etc). Good leaders are made to exit and bad to worse leaders are continuing eg: Cars24, TimelyAi, Dukaan, Apana, Slice etc

So i have been searching for a job ,2023 grad ,curr working as cloud operations engineer. 10 months into it , i knw people will ask why jump so soon ? So it’s definitely not about money , from the college I wanted learn and develop things but here i am not able to do because it’s a operation role . Looking a change and grow my skills in development field , grow my self and my skills and be a bit happy that yes i am learning and doing something that contributes. Skills : C++, java , linux , a bit of backend development, ML & Data analyst Current salary : 8 lpa base I am looking for Some sde type role , compensation can be between 9-15 lpa So GV community please drop such companies name where i can expland and grow my skills.

I look forward to moving out of my current organisation hence posting for support from this community. I would prefer joining startup, which has good culture.

Seeing lots of web 3 startups by Indian founders. And they are getting VC attention as well. What are your views on web/ crypto/ blockchain startups? Are these the future or just a fad that will go away soon?
