Just a curious question, I like the idea of working for startups and building new teams, I am seeing massive layoffs and toxic culture news around , any good bets in-terms of work culture?

What are some Bangalore based start-ups with good work culture? Have heard goods things about Springworks and Wingify but want to know a few more.

Which mid to late stage startups (less than 15 years old) in Bangalore have genuine ESOPs, hybrid mode of work and a good work culture? Asking for a non-tech role for someone with 12 YOE.

How can one specifically target startups and succeed? While many pursue top MNCs or MAANG, getting entry can be challenging. I am keen on working with small startups. Has anyone experienced working in startups in Bengaluru or other locations where both good pay and learning opportunities are available? In terms of job search, is LinkedIn/Naukri or referrals more effective? When preparing for interviews, should one focus more on DSA rounds or development skills? What are the pors & cons or tips? There are so many startups failing all around. Many which I thought were doing something great also have been duds. Some epic surprise failures would be dunzo, pharmeasy, etc. It looks like there will be many more such revelations in coming days 😐😐 Please share list of some stable and good startups (Series B and beyond) which I should be targetting.
