I have 2 yoe and I have switched into 3 companies. Now, I want to stay in a company for longer period. Which are the best companies that have best pay, work life balance, growth, appraisal, promotion, etc.
More Pay - Atlassian or any company that has big business and less employees ratio
Work Life Balance - Microsoft LinkedIn Google
Growth - Same as Promotion
Promotion - Any Early Stage Startup less than 200 employees
Appraisal - Iska idea nahi ðŸ¤
