Is this worth it?

I’m about to get an offer from Swiggy. Cleared all rounds for a subsidiary in Supply chain. I’m scared of losing a SAFE job with no learnings (Jio) and going for the gamble where I learn a ton at the risk of losing my job. Need your opinions community!

I recently got offer from an early stage startup in banglore. They raised a total funding of $5.19M over 2 rounds. My offer is 13 LPA + 1 lakh retention bonus 5k per month for commute and health insurance I have past experience of 2 years working with 2 startups and building apps from scratch for them. Honestly I'm really confused about this offer, it is for sure better than my previous offer but I'm not feeling satisfied. Any suggestions guys?

Please help me decide on which one to pick from an overall perspective. My Profile:- 2.2 YOE as an analyst at a service based company (Tredence Analytics) want to switch to a PBC. Swiggy:- Role offered:- Business Analyst Comp:- 15 LPA (all fixed) no JB, no ESOPs Location:- Remote (Huge Plus for Me) Meesho:- Role offered:- Business Analyst Comp:- 14 LPA (base) + 2 LPA ESOPs + 1 LPA JB Location:- Bangalore Folks from Swiggy and Meesho , Please Guide your pal on the basis of work culture , growth prospects and overall career trajectory. Personally I am inclined towards Swiggy due to remote working policy but don’t want to make a decision solely on the basis of it.

Without disclosing numbers & names, I’m currently a PM at an AI unicorn Salary - 20LPA + 200 ESOPs (2L value, 50 will vest in March.) (Hike due April) Job Offer - 25LPA + ESOPs (8.5L value) (Gaming/eSports company, which is kinda my passion) I had initially asked for 30LPA but the company came back saying the max they’ll be able to do is 25LPA fixed. Hi Community, I am a 2023 CSE Grad from Tier 1, Currently I am an Automation Engineer at Sprinklr and I recently received an offer from Swiggy for the role of ASDE backend, before joining Sprinklr as an Automation Engineer, I interned in a startup where my tech stack was backend. But the Swiggy compensation is not matching what I am currently getting in sprinklr. Should I join Swiggy or stay at Sprinklr and look for a better opportunity than Swiggy please suggest!!!!!

What is a reasonable ask while negotiating with startups? Should I ask for a match or hike of X% over my TC/annum (52lk Base + 8lk Bonus + Rs30lk RSUs), or should I negotiate only over the Cash (Base + Bonus) component? A startup I’m negotiating with is not considering the RSUs I have and is offering a 8% hike only on the cash component, and is throwing in ESOPs (paper money) instead. What do I do?

What’s the realistic timeline to achieve 50-75 LPA in Bangalore? Currently on 28 LPA. If followed career progression of my seniors, it will take at least 7 more years in the same company to hit ~75LPA. Need guidance from folks who are making these figures.
