Does Big 4 recruit Fresher CA who got cleared in 4th attempt?
If not then why? And what should one must do to get the job at big 4?
I know someone who took 8 years to complete their CA. Obviously multiple attempts.
Joined Big 4 as an articled clerk much before they cleared their CA and made partner at 36.
So, in summary - possible.

In this case he was already an article at the firm so they knew how he works and was known to the work culture of the Big 4...So it was easy for the firm to choose for the role.
Further, what i have heard is that the Big 4 don't recruit candidates who have cleared the exam in more than 3 attempts
Everyone will have a different journey. Why don't you apply and check :) Good luck.
Apply via institute and/or referral. Prep well for interview.
Big 4 are EXTREMELY short staffed.
All they need is someone who can clear their interview. Attempts hardly matter. For most folks, that just proportional to their preparation.
