Colleague who snores!

Im early bed person and early riser ofc.. but the problem is i share PG with two other colleagues and they light up till 1 am at night talk in high volume .. im fed up of this .. kindly suggest something to get over this

Mine's terrible at organising things around the house and his room, leaves food outside on the table at night, leaves lights, geysers on all the time. Sits with his legs on the dining table.

Recently I came across a psycho noisy guy who unfortunately happens to be my roommate, he often plays loud music even during sleep time, walks with dirty sleepers inside the room, and often in call sharing annoying childish things with his friends and family every other hour! This guy though well educated and working in IT also happens to be super superstitious but as per his convenience! Have you ever come across such noisy dumbasses, if yes what's the best way to deal with them?

Hi, I recently went on a vacation and informed my manager (CEO) that I won’t be available for a week. He did not say anything but I could sense that he is not happy. On my vacation, I get his text asking what’s the progress at work? I Informed him about my vacation but he asks me to work for 1-2 hours ON A VACATION (This is when they promised flexibile work policy) I politely decline to which he doesn’t say anything. Now, when I’m back, he has started to micromanage and says my work is disappointing according to the standards? I could get that he must be unhappy because a few things didn’t go our way. But, his whole behaviour has changed and he has started acting hostile towards me. I try to ignore and carry on with my work but it gets on my nerves sometimes. Do I continue silently or should I confront? If yes, then how?

Hey Everyone! I am currently working from 2BHK home and facing multiple issues to build focus in my work. We have only 1 AC so my Mom and Dad (works from home as well) are always in the same room where I work. I have asked my dad to buy another AC but he has already refused me. Similarly, I can't move to another room because that is more spoilt than my original one having access to balcony where maid washes utensils and a washing machine is present. What can I do?

How do I get someone sitting across my bay to stop humming/singing? Especially when I’m mid conversation with colleagues? And especially if they suck?

I have joined this new company Individually contribute and work with folks onsite. I report to a manager who have multiple projects There is this guy who is like 3-4 yrs experience but behaves like he is the boss when manager isn't around Ruins standups every day with digressions and lengthy non sensical updates He started trying overpower me with some nasty remarks Everybody is fed up with him, With holds information, Treated interns as shit Even seniors are troubled but don't confront aggressively Got to know one of the recent left employee has reprimanded him and also shared the conflict with higher ups They are saying no use as he behaves well with manager and his manager I literally want to confront him and say to behave and act professionally With his snarky remarks some of my days going bad Being 11 years experience I feel so frustrated that I am still facing these narcissists Please advise how to treat this prick in a good way and stop worrying Ps I am all ok with years of experience always feel good work place is major contribution for any ones win
