Few years back, when used to stay in PG, 4 sharing room, hardly any space between beds. New person came, used to smell like walking cigerette, bathroom full of smoke, but that's just a tip. 
  
 Used to masturbate in a day time & multiple times, while we are all sitting and talking on other beds. Used to do under bedsheet, not sure even he used a napkin, that's it, 3 days it took to relocate to apartment.

I lived in a flat with two other people. The flat had only two washrooms: one in my room and one in another room. So we decided that the third flatmate would use whichever one was free when he needed to. 
  
 But he never used the other washroom. He would always leave my washroom wet and dirty. There was always some fuzzy stuff after he showered that clogged up the drain. When I told him to clean up after himself, he said it was probably my fault! And yet, when he wasn't around for a couple of weeks, the drain never clogged. 
  
 Back then, I worked the night shift, so I'd sleep during the day. He'd go in and out of the washroom so noisily and so many times that it would completely ruined my sleep. I resorted to locking the main door to my room but he'd keep banging like a maniac until I was forced to open it and let him in. 
  
 And to top it all off, towards the end, when the other roommate left and it was just the two of us, I thought he'd finally leave me alone because he'd have that washroom to himself. But he didn't. He would STILL come and slam my door to use my washroom because he said he was just used to it. 
  
 That was the last straw and I moved out a few days later, letting him pay rent for a 3bhk all by himself.

 One earns a bit less. Always goes back to his home on weekends, have car n all. But annoying as fuck regarding the expenses. 
 Does no chores. Ask maid to make dinner for him then comes and sleep. Entire food goes to dustbin next day because he can't eat the food made last night. 
  
  
 Another flatmate earns pretty good I guess. Waste so much fruits/food. Even though I keep reminding him to eat the fruits that he bought 15 days ago. Still packed in the polythene. 
 It hurt me so much when I see his wastage just because food is going down the drain because he's lazy as fuck.

I had 2 very lazy roomies.  
 1. Didn’t know how to cook and didn’t help while cutting veggies, but once food is cooked(by me for myself), will snatch.  
  
 2. We had no internet. I had got dongle from my office. I used to share it with roomie when at office. One particular day, had to head out of city for official work. When I searched the dongle, I didn’t get it in my bag and got a word with my manager for being careless. Later on, got to know roomie took it out when I was bathing(before leaving for office)… I mean permissions Gaya bhad me.. 
  
 3. Had asked multiple times to all 3 roomies to come along for internet connection because of this- no one went. Ultimately I took leave and got internet connection and the connection was active even after I left(for 3 years).. our juniors used the same internet, but later I got mails because of non-payment.  
  
 These guys were my batchmates. I had helped them in their times of need, but when I needed help, no one came to rescue. They mentioned they were busy. They are now in good positions(VP and Director).  
  
 My wife wanted me not to be kind-hearted. In today’s world, being generous is the most foolish thing to do. People take you for granted.  Once you do a good deed, people expect it every time. The moment you are unable to, they will bi*** around. I have stopped interacting with them now.

Shifted to Bangalore a couple of months ago, in a flat with 3 other folks

It’s been mostly nice, but the lack of cooperation with respect to food is a deep pain point

One guy is a vegetarian, another wants to eat unhealthy, someone wants to eat just rice for every frickin meal

All in all, as somebody who just wants to eat basic chicken and boiled eggs or just some basic sabzi (oh btw, nobody eats vegetables, amazing) - I’m really caught between a rock and a hard place

They’re chilled dudes, I’ve tried to bring it up also, but nobody ever lets anything stick or be followed. 

Gonna do an intervention tonight, wish me luck folks ✌️

If anybody has experience dealing with flatmates and food, please guide. Am I doing anything wrong?

Living in Bangalore is like participating in a daily obstacle course of stupidity these days. It's like the city is hosting the World Championships of Not Using Common Sense. Day by day, it’s getting crazy in here. People are literally just straight-away stupid.

Picture this: I'm in the metro, following the line like some good boii. But no, here come the backline breakers, sprinting ahead like they just got the memo that the free WiFi is about to expire. They won’t even have the patience to let others deboard from the station (bs ghusna hai sbko).

On the road: Small Aile is there, and these morons either walk in the middle of the road or walk slowly like they are going to maaiyat. There is no way to even overtake them.

One day a couple was literally just standing in the middle of the fucking metro entry gate, and all other people were going from sides. I was literally at my fucking limits; I controlled the urge to ask them that whatever shit they're discussing, if that is a national concern, then it’s okay; otherwise, please fuck around on the side.

And what’s up with this throwing garbage on the road thing, literally every morning on the road, tons of food, spillage, and disposals of whatnot can be seen. God, please throw it in the trash.

Recently I came across a psycho noisy guy who unfortunately happens to be my roommate, he often plays loud music even during sleep time, walks with dirty sleepers inside the room, and often in call sharing annoying childish things with his friends and family every other hour!

This guy though well educated and working in IT also happens to be super superstitious but as per his convenience! 

Have you ever come across such noisy dumbasses, if yes what's the best way to deal with them?

I’m a very religious guy
I’ve been doing Kirtan all my life and Now that I am moving to bangalore, I don’t want to stop it. 
I usually sit inside my room and do kirtan alone with harmonium for like 30-40 minutes in a go! I also want to host Night Kirtans like from 11-4 AM like once or twice a month on weekends. 

Should I rent a 1-BHK or look for a room in 2-3 BHK?
I feel people wont be comfortable with this and hence sharing a 2-3 BHK would be difficult
