Data Analyst Salary

Hello everyone, I was recently fired from Deloitte in a recent layoff. I have 1.6 months of experience as a data analyst. Can you guys please help me by suggesting company names that can pay around 10-12 lpa at this experience so that I can Target such companies for jobs. Thanks in advance for helping šŸ™‚

Aa yes, HRs are gonna pay laid off, (almost) fresher kind of person 8x the salary compared to experience in this tough market for using excel and basic sql.

Bhai, target smaller ones first and based on those offers negotiate till 12LPA and all. Being honest here.

HRs are gonna exploit the fact you are laid off and you won't have much leverage. There are high chances they lowball you even if they generally offer higher salary range. Don't mess your chances at good companies by targeting them first - people often make this mistake.

Take the smaller ones as practice and once u get offers from them(there would be increase in confidence advantage also), use it to reach the range you want at good companies.

Deloitte's loss is another's gain. Try non-Indian banks or fintech. "Darr ke aage jeet hai", don't limit to 10-12 LPA.
