Donāt disclose it to the HR. At the same time, donāt disclose it to any of your other colleagues as well. And prepare yourself to pretend that you donāt know each other in the workplace. Office gossip can be rampant, and always has a way of coming around to bite you.

It's allowed, but HR has to be notified. If they are in the same team, then one of them is moved to some other team.
