I had the pleasure of wearing a CSK jersey in Mumbai when we won of the last ball. Didn't face any heckling around that made me feel unsafe.
Let's hope Chennai is a better host to RCB fans (if they win the eliminator).
I believe it’s because they behave like guests in Blore and never truly accept the culture.
Just like other problems in Blore, this too can be solved if outsiders like Virat Kohli & Faf start accepting local culture.
Thoughts?
Just my personal take i feel Bangalore is a very high scoring ground and whichever team is chasing has the edge. Chinnaswamy is one stadium where strike rate of 160 is avg , so it's important for Virat Kohli to play at a better strike rate , he has been scoring runs but he needs to score them faster because apart from Maxwell (who bats at 1st order) RCB doesn't have a pinch hitter. They had Bracewell but they didn't show faith in him . And they should have retained Chahal instead of hasaranga because he has a proven track record of picking wickets in Chinnaswamy.
Bowling has always been fusss..m
Moneyball is a movie based on true story on baseball game. The manager of a team couldn't afford superstars of the game so he used statistics to buy average players who went on to win him the game. The problem with RCB is that they have focused more on superstars... historically they have had multiple big players (virat, abd, gayle), so their average player sucks as the pool of the money is same for every team.
to be honest, rcb's bowling department sucks. on one side we have siraj who did a good job on powerplays but the Achilles heel for rcb's bowling department is their death over and middle over bowlers, they take wickets but sacrifices too many runs. if they can't defend 200 (three+ times ig), you know why they didn't do well.
batting department has their disadvantages too, solely believing in the first three batsmen and their finishing department sucks big time but the trio held it up for the batting department but that can't be possibly the case for bowling department.

If Kohli fails, the team loses. And the ticket price of RCB is highest among all the teams, similar to cost of everything in Bangalore.
Bangalore is at its downfall, and the biggest reason are their natives( not all) who never accepted people from other...
