Developer to Designer

Hello I have been working as a developer for almost 3 years now. I have been pursuing design at side and want to transition to design as career (UX/product design roles). Need help on navigating roles and salaries from anyone who has transitioned/seen someone transition and has knowledge on this. 1. Apply for entry level roles or senior roles? 2. How to navigate salary discussions ( if recruiter says since this is your first design job we can only pay entry level salary X which is less than my current salary as a dev)?

Yo. Is anyone's company looking for Product Designers? (With decent pay?) I'm looking for a change. There are so many fake openings on LinkedIn. Naukri got NO Naukri. Other platforms are dead. I got almost 2 years of experience. I did internships at great companies. Got a formal degree. Have been a pseudo PM as well. I can think of UX before the UI. Not really the average figma to framer AeStHeTiC-Minimalist designer. Do DM me if you got openings and can get me hired

I have been working as a Visual Designer for a b2b saas agency. It's been 2 years now and I feel I have hit a plateau in my career. Can anyone help me in ways I can upskill or transition myself to more scalable job? I have 4 years of total industry experience. Also please suggest a salary range I can expect

Hey guys, I'm working as a UX designer in an Design agency. So over there i used to work from research till wireframes for each projects, like i don't have hands on experience doing the UI part. Is it okay if i just learn how to design stuffs using existing design systems? And also could anyone suggest me some good companies which have good design culture in hyderabad or remote! Lets discuss here our current CTC and YoE along with Designation. More experience people will tell us if need to switch. Mine is 13.1 LPA with 6 Years and 4 months of experience.

I'm currently a 2nd year student at a state government college in Chennai. I'm doing a course that I don't have a good interest in ( Information tech). I'm heavily into product design and have interned with an organisation as well. Some career advice would be great!!!
