
Dealing with the anxiety
It's been 3-4 years now and I'm dealing with severe anxiety, I don't wanna take help of medicines I don't know what to do I can't help myself !! People suggested yoga, mediation, activities but as a person dealing with the anxiety I don't think so it works I don't have energy to wake up from the bed, the morning light kills me.

If it's so severe , it might affect your physical health, before it happens , I would recommend you to get professional help , so that you would able to get it under control, then you can discontinue the medication after consulting with doctors , then you might able to do meditation, progressive muscle relaxation . I'd been in a similar situation in the past, and therapy has worked wonders for me. Would recommend you to consider that option too, along with the meds (if they're absolutely necessary or your doctor suggests so)
Therapist and medicines. Dr usually starts with very light doses of mood enhancers and see how your body reacts to it. If the response is positive then don’t prescribe high doses and keep treating you. Nothing else will work.
