Delloitte Layoffs?

Why are they doing so many layoffs? So much office politics and putting in PIP in spite of good feedback

Extremely sad. Labelling laid off folks as underperformers in public. Getting hired in this market would be a huge challenge for them now.

Which company do you work in and what is the situation of secret layoff (suddenly team members slack/teams account getting deactivated) or PIP at your company?

Heard that Paytm is planning to layoff 10% of entire work force. Across all levels.

Heard cases that folks who were hired at market premium less than 30 days ago are now being asked to leave the organisation.

I got to know from a outside ( friend of company director ) they are planning for another round layoff Does anyone have any idea on this ?
