Deloitte vs EY - which one is better?

i have offers from both deloitte and ey, and honestly, i’m kinda stuck. deloitte seems to have better projects, lots of big clients n exciting work, but i keep hearing that the hours r crazy n work-life balance is pretty much non-existent.

ey on the other hand, ppl say it's more chill, but i wonder if i'll get the same kind of exposure n career growth. not sure which one to pick. anyone who’s worked at either? what’s the real deal??.

is deloitte worth the grind or shud i play it safe with ey? would love some advice, feeling super confused rn.
