How many of you guys have portfolios you share with recruiters? What do you include in them? Aby tips to get started with creating one

How would it differ from more junior portfolios? What should be included? What shouldn’t be included? And do you even need one? We’re also discussing leadership playbooks as alternatives to ‘project portfolios’. Anyone have any experience of this? Good idea? Bad idea?
