How many of you guys have portfolios you share with recruiters? What do you include in them? Aby tips to get started with creating one
As you advance into more senior roles, what would you or a hiring manager expect to see in a portfolio? Say you’re seeking a Director level or ‘Head of’ position, what would a portfolio look like? How would it differ from more junior portfolios? What should be included? What shouldn’t be included? And do you even need one? We’re also discussing leadership playbooks as alternatives to ‘project portfolios’. Anyone have any experience of this? Good idea? Bad idea?
