Do not underestimate beerbiceps
Sure, it's fun to make jokes about his questions and podcast or call it cringe etc. But that's exactly what he wants you to do.
He's basically the Rakhi Sawant of podcasters. Any attention is good attention for him since it's free publicity.
He intentionally asks dumb/weird questions because -
-
Inspired by Joe Rogan who also doesn't hold back from asking seemingly obvious questions
-
Many people do have them in their mind as well, just too afraid to ask
-
Even memes and ridicule make him a well known brand and personality outside of his target audience
He's definitely super smart, trying to act dumber than he is because it lets him get away with stuff. It was obvious enough when he came to Nikhil Kamath's podcast.
Plus the diverse categories he's exploring, along with the level of folks he now has access to is pretty impressive all things considered.
I used to dismiss him mostly, but I've come to realise he's going to be a force to reckon with in the years to come. Wouldn't be surprised to see him in politics either.

My estimation of an individual doesnβt influence the outcome of his actions. May karma guide everyoneβs way in this life βπ»

βοΈ here. Crush some more.

@FunnyBones it can influence your actions or attitude towards the person though
Like I actually started respecting him instead of outright dismissing him. Even Rakhi Sawant tried politics but couldn't crack it, but this guy seems geared to win.

Did you just figure this out now? This is true for tons of cringe creators online.
All kinds of publicity is good publicity now. We know this to be true since 2016. Facts don't matter anymore as long as enough people are screaming about something it becomes true

Haha don't know why op didn't know about it. Even that new guy Orry is doing the same.

I honestly never watched a single video of his, just clips here and there. But hearing him on nikhil's podcast was eye opening for me.
I don't think he's a run of the mill creator either. Gut says he's aiming for politics.
On that note, are there any influencers/creators getting into politics?
Kya aap ne bhoot dekha hai?
Side note - The guy still gets Mn views on his videos so I guess itβs just that we are no longer his target audience.

Yup, he's going for the base of the pyramid pretty much.
Just came across bhagwant maan and remembered he's also a guy who focused on the base using his standup comedy and art to get popularity. Now he's literally running a state.
Takes 10-15 years of grinding but definitely achievable for likable people who play it smart.

Oh, and smriti irani too lol

Amazing analysis π. Please do for MostlySane as well.

Bohot hi zyada sorted bandi. Up only career and life for her. No drama, no controversy is difficult for most people who live in the public eye, but it's easier for women to gain followers compared to men.
If she were a stock, I would invest in her for risk free returns.

In India if you want to get famous, bootlick the ruling party. That's all. The views and likes gonna drop like crazy. They are gonna be in power for quite some time and have a lot of blind followers lol. So your 10 years will be flowing with success

True

Agree with your opinion. The level of guests he gets in his show, the breadth of personalities from different backgrounds and whoever is next in the pipeline is mind boggling. It's way ahead of other peer shows. I thought BarberShop with shantanu was close enough, but that gets too topical. Him getting into politics to influence the next generation of our demographic is not a very far off bet. Very interesting to observe how things pan out in the next decade for him

Is Nikhil Kamath the most irritating podcast host?
So I've been fed his podcasts a lot lately by the YouTube algo. And while it's amazing one of India's best startup entrepreneurs is getting really good guests to come on his show, I just can't stand him.
He interjects before the guest...

He cheated in a charity chess game π€¦ββοΈ
