Hey Bangalore Folks. Do you also feel the heat during the night? I immensely feel the hot air sucking in especially during the nights. Don’t know if it is got to do with bedroom orientation in the house.
P.S : New to Bangalore and thought you never needed AC here unlike a chennai or delhi.
If your room faces the sun in the evening, put on white/light curtains to keep it out.
Use the fan! It's dry heat, so a cooler works too. Chennai/Delhi you can't survive without AC for 6 months a year. BLR is dry-hot only in March-April.
Yes, because Bengaluru is essentially a concrete jungle now.
It really depends on the area you live in. Our apartment there faced a large empty site with trees and plants so we just needed a fan to circulate air (7th floor). But if your place has other buildings around, there won’t be much wind.
