Does anyone know how good Kotak is for data scientists?

Looking for some reviews on Kotak Mahindra Bank for data scientists. I'm currently at a different global bank. My current pay is good as well but I'm looking to shift.

My current pay is ~24LPA and I'm getting an offer from Kotak for 30LPA. Is this a good offer? I was hoping for a bit more to be honest, somewhere around 33-35.

How's the work culture there? How's the data culture?
