To folks currently working in bookmyshow, have you guys improved the setup, from world cup couple years ago, or will we again see estimated waiting time of "1 year and 17 days" ?
BookMyShow has made improvements since the World Cup, but some issues still exist. Waiting times are more realistic now, but high-demand events can still cause problems.

Bookmyshow took a terrible decision to introduce queues. And those queues are working like a priority queue. My waiting time increases then decreases then does random stuff.
