Does LTIMindtree terminate people within a month?

I heard from one of my friends that LTIMindtree terminates employees if they don't have a project and on the bench for more than a month and it's their internal policy. Is that true?

This is unbelievably insane, if they block you for 90 days under the name of notice period then they should hold a person on the bench equally. This is seriously something worse. I will never ever dare to join LTIM in my life. What if they fail to get a project because of their mistakes and then they fire you within a month. And 30 days is just nothing!
