Hey everyone, hope you're doing great! Recently I have completed all technical rounds for Lti. HR discussions completed on Nov 26th... HR told me she will check with Business and get back with an update... Now 10 days passed, I have not received any update from HR. When I am calling the HR, but no response. My status of the job application showing under HR... For 6 years overall experience, and relevant to java springboot micro, I have asked them 22 LPA. Is there any chance of rejection from business? In that case will the Hr come back for salary negotiations? Anyone else faced similar situations?
Lol, move on, it can only work if another candidate who most probably they have selected backs down . Don't trust HR
