I have talked with few who joined recently, they said they real don’t care about culture as they got good hike as lateral hire and as long as they get better project to work on, they will switch to better opportunities after couple of years.

Some are using LTIM offer as a counter offer but still people are ready to join LTIM than WITCHA companies.
