I ordered food and found insect inside the food. When i complain to swiggy customer support, the stupid executive told me to mail the issue.
One thing i don’t understand is if i have to mail the issue then what is chat feature for? Just to tail the user to email?
Does swiggy really care about customer? Would like to know someone who is swiggy employee here
What can i do to teach that executive a lesson and do max damage to restaurant(mad over donuts) which sent food with insect? Someone from swiggy may know it better so asking it here.
Swiggy is getting worst day by day.
