In our company ops and product both teams doesnt know shit about the product and its scope and limitation and comes up with weird requests and features.

Product teams lives in la la land and comes up with impractical design with doesnt matches with other part of the application.

Yes. Product teams are mostly mediocre. I wish I get to work with excellent PMs someday. I'm sure a lot of them are out there.
