Hi, End of last year I was ‘selected’ through campus placements at Accenture. I had recieved a confirmation letter and they got my location preference and documents. Now it is going to be almost a year but I’m still yet to receive an offer letter. Yesterday I was scrolling through Instagram reels when I came across another individual sharing a similar story. Many people in the comment section also voiced similar issues. Can anyone working at Accenture find out the reason behind this and help solve this issue for me personally?

Hey it takes time i got on boarded almost a year after my LOC. The process is slow but they'll reply back soon

The first main reason is that the onboarding dates entirely depend on no of projects, vacancies,laying off high billed resources etc in these companies. The next maybe the onboarding is going on but it is going maybe for your previous batches,im not sure too. I too saw many people from recent batches commenting and posting they didn't receive joining date for a year. I was onboarded during covid time, as you know that time long lockdown and many layoff happened too. To replace these layoff resources new joiners were onboarded ASAP. U might have heard about the Market in 2020-2022.

They have sent ‘intimation’ that they will onboard in the month of August. Let’s hope they stick to their word. 🤞

Accenture interview status update

Hi friends, I have recently applied at Accenture First round: the interviewer said, I should apply for a lower experience profile Second round: it was very very good and she even mentioned that I need to upload my documents After that my scheduler ghosted me..... She is not answering my calls. The status on the recruitment site says, contact the recruiter. As the scheduler is not answering, I dailed the help line. I was asked to wait for some more time. It's been almost 3 weeks. Can someone tell if this is an usual procedure at Accenture?????

I received an offer from Accenture and accepted it also. After that my recruiter is not reachable via mail or phone. Is this normal in Accenture? Whom can I contact in this situation? I have also put resignation in current organisation. Please help.

Accenture HR round interview issue

Hi guys, I received a call from Accenture recruitment team for my HR round interview on 24th June and it was scheduled on 28th June but it was not appearing on the Accenture portal and hence no interview was happened. Same is happening again. I received a call from Accenture team on 3rd July for my HR round interview and it is scheduled on 15 July but the thing is that, it is not appearing on the Accenture portal again. So, is anyone facing the same issue in Accenture recruitment process. And what can be done to resolve this issue.

Accenture I got job in bangalore but want to relocate it to Gurgaon

I am resignation, i got the offer letter of Accenture on 5th of june, the HR said that he will change the joining place from bangalore to noida/gurgaon in next one week, now they are not responding to my calls its been months, can i directly go to gurgoan, location? Rather than Bangalore Is there any point of contact? What else i will get from accenture? My joining is on 7th oct
